CLEAR LABELS
Every relevant piece of content identifies how the product arrived and what relationship, if any, supported the work. More than one label may apply; when it does, every relevant relationship is disclosed.
FENIX.STUDIO or Václav purchased the product with personal funds. No manufacturer supplied the unit for the test.
The manufacturer or retailer supplied the product for a defined test period. Unless otherwise disclosed, it is returned after production.
The product was supplied without a return requirement. This is disclosed even when no payment was made and no coverage was promised.
A partner contributed to agreed production, logistics or deliverables. The support is disclosed and the partner does not control the conclusion.
FENIX.STUDIO may receive a commission from a clearly identified link. Affiliate availability never determines the recommendation.
AGREED IN WRITING
NON-NEGOTIABLE
If a proposed agreement conflicts with these boundaries, FENIX.STUDIO will change the scope or decline the project.
THE FIELD-TEST PROCESS
The project begins with a practical audience problem, not a list of specifications.
Environment, assignment, configuration, comparison conditions and known limitations are defined before conclusions.
The product enters an appropriate working workflow. Controlled tests are identified as controlled rather than presented as field evidence.
Results stay tied to the date, location, firmware, configuration and conditions that created them.
The final work explains what performed well, what created friction, who it may suit and who may need another choice.
The commercial or equipment relationship is disclosed in the work and in its associated links where appropriate.
FACTUAL REVIEW
A partner may receive a short factual summary or technical-claim list before publication to identify objectively incorrect specifications, product names, firmware details or safety information.
This is not editorial approval. FENIX.STUDIO retains the final decision on interpretation, opinion, comparison and conclusion. Silence after the agreed deadline does not transfer editorial control.
COMPARISONS
A comparison answers a defined working question under conditions fair enough to be useful. Products need not be identical, but meaningful differences in price, configuration, firmware and intended use must remain visible.
The goal is not to manufacture a winner. The goal is to help the viewer understand the trade-off.
SAFETY
FENIX.STUDIO does not stage unsafe behaviour to make a test more dramatic. If a planned test becomes unsafe, unlawful or misleading, the method changes or the test stops.
EVIDENCE INTEGRITY
Footage is not reused in a way that changes the weather, chronology, product state or result it actually represents. Generic connective B-roll and test evidence are treated differently.
AFFILIATE LINKS
USAGE RIGHTS
The right to share a public link does not automatically include the right to download, edit, advertise with, re-caption or republish FENIX.STUDIO content.
Paid usage, raw footage, cutdowns, whitelisting, advertising, retail display, localisation, exclusivity and extended licensing must be agreed separately in writing.
CORRECTIONS
Material factual errors are corrected when credible evidence shows the published information is wrong. A fair criticism or opinion is not removed simply because a partner disagrees.
When firmware, availability or pricing changes, the original test conditions remain part of the record and meaningful updates may be added.
AI AND PRODUCTION TOOLS
AI may support research organisation, transcription, shot planning, production administration, metadata and editorial review. It does not replace the real test, invent experience or make the final recommendation.
Václav remains responsible for the published judgement and for distinguishing observed evidence from inference.
EARLY-STAGE TRANSPARENCY
FENIX.STUDIO is an early-stage English-language creator platform. We offer careful preparation, system-level storytelling, evergreen usefulness and direct field feedback. Commercial projects proceed only after scope, rights, responsibilities and applicable legal or tax requirements are confirmed in writing.
“This product was supplied to FENIX.STUDIO as a temporary review loan. The manufacturer did not approve the conclusion and the unit will be returned after testing.”
“This product was supplied without a return requirement. No positive coverage was promised and the supplier did not approve the conclusion.”
“This field test was produced with support from [Partner]. The partner supported [equipment / production / logistics] but did not control the result or final verdict.”
“Some links are affiliate links. FENIX.STUDIO may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate availability does not determine the recommendation.”
